Returns & Refunds Policy

90-Day Returns. You can return any item purchased from rodarmour.com within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Free prepaid return label. Returns are free. When your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return shipping label. Download it, print it and attach it to your parcel.

No restocking fees. We never charge restocking fees.

Refund timing. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 8 days.

How to start a return

1. Email support@rodarmour.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will reply with your prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely (unused items in original condition and packaging where possible), attach the label and send it off.
4. Your refund is processed within 8 days of the return arriving back to us.

Conditions

• The 90-day window starts on the day your order is delivered.
• Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• This policy applies to orders shipped within Australia and the United States.
• Faulty items or items damaged in transit are always covered. Contact us and we will sort it out.

The benefits under this policy are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
