Delays are rare but can happen during courier backlogs, weather, or public holidays. Contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier directly. If a parcel is confirmed lost, our Order Guarantee covers a free replacement.

We offer 90-day free prepaid returns. Items should be in original packaging where possible.

No — return shipping is on us. We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns.

Lodge your return through our Australia Post returns portal at return.auspost.com.au/ROD_ARMOUR. A prepaid label is generated automatically, and you can drop off at any Australia Post location.

If a sleeve or cover doesn't fit your rod or reel as expected, we'll swap sizes at no cost. Keep the wrong-size item until your replacement arrives — we'll send the prepaid return label so the original can come back.

Yes. Once your return is approved, we'll email your prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.

Yes — partial returns are accepted. Just let us know which items you want to return when you contact us.

Yes. Gift recipients can return items using the same prepaid label process — you don't need to be the original purchaser.

We process refunds the moment your return arrives back with us. Depending on your bank or payment method, funds usually appear in 3–8 business days.

If a stock issue delays your order, we'll offer you the choice of a full refund or waiting plus extra free items as a goodwill gesture. Either way you're never out of pocket.

If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided at checkout, we can't cover replacement or redelivery costs. A reshipment will require a new shipping fee. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Yes. Every Rod Armour product comes with a 1-year extended warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. We'll replace or repair anything that fails within the warranty period.

Yes — the Rod Armour Pro Sleeve is designed for both spinning and baitcast setups. The 110mm (4.33") opening accommodates either reel type, even when your rod is fully rigged with a reel attached.

• 6ft rod: 6ft–7ft Sleeve, 152.5cm (5ft), extends up to the first line guide.
• 7ft rod: 7ft–8ft Sleeve, 183cm (6ft), encloses up to the reel.
