Rod Armour began in 2016 after a painful lesson. Where brothers Curtis and Christian flew to Northern Australia with their best rods packed in a PVC tube, certain they were safe. At baggage claim, they opened the case to find six of seven rods damaged; broken tips, snapped guides, and hairline fractures. That costly trip turned frustration into a mission: build protection that actually works. We started sketching, prototyping, and testing covers that could survive travel, boats, and car boots so anglers arrive rigged and ready. What began as two brothers fixing their own problem has grown into Rod Armour, with operations in Australia, USA, Japan and Europe, helping anglers all over the world armour their gear.
