USA: Orders ship from our Kentucky warehouse and typically arrive in 1–6 business days via USPS or DHL.
Australia: Orders ship from Brisbane and usually arrive in 2–8 business days via Australia Post or Aramex. Express shipping is 1–3 business days.
Canada: Orders ship via Japan Post, Canada Post, DHL, or USPS, typically arriving in 4–11 business days.
Rest of World: International orders ship via Australia Post or Japan Post, usually arriving in 5–17 business days.

Yes. If a courier loses your parcel, we launch an investigation (GPS scans, driver interviews, backend tracking) and send you a replacement free of charge. You’re covered by our Arrival Guarantee.

Yes, all orders include a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays are rare, but they can happen due to courier backlogs, weather, or public holidays. If your delivery is late, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier immediately. Thanks to our Arrival Guarantee, you’ll never be left without your order — if a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns for 90 days. Items must be in original packaging.

No. We cover all return shipping costs.

We’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label. Drop it at your local USPS office, and your refund or exchange is processed once received.

Use our Australia Post returns portal: Rod Armour Returns Portal. Print the label or have it printed at your local post office.

Refunds are processed immediately upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment method, funds take 3–8 business days to appear.

We’ll replace or refund it immediately at no cost to you.

Warranty & Durability

Yes. All Rod Armour products include a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Manufacturing defects and faults under normal usage. Remedies include repair or replacement.

We still use prototypes made over 9 years ago, and thousands of customers from our very first year in business are still using their original Rod Armour sleeves today. Every product is tested in tough conditions and backed by our 12-month warranty.

Our LureShield uses a proprietary nylon composite that’s pierce-resistant — hooks cannot puncture through. Cheaper covers are often made of thin fabric or plastic that tears easily.
